Ouzo Dimino is a two-month-old product made from 100% distillate without added sugar. It is described as gentle and round, with a full and long-lasting taste, featuring an intense presence of anise and crystal-clear clarity that leaves a continuous sensation on the palate.
The heart of Dimino's ouzo distillate matures for two months, contributing to its unique and stable taste for ultimate enjoyment. Every drop that reaches the palate captures the right amounts of seed and herb aromas, mainly grown on the island of Lesbos. The dominant aromas of Lisvori anise, the freshness of citrus fruits, the spiciness of ginger, the salt from the salt pans in Kalloni, which slows down the distillation process, and the passion, love, and other small secret touches, complete the canvas of Ouzo "Dimino." This beloved ouzo is recommended with appetizers, so your head will be clear the next day.
The simple bottle design alludes to the simplicity of the Greek "national drink." The green background of the label symbolizes the aromatic plants of the Lesbos land distilled for its production, while the depiction of the traditional copper still complements the identity of the traditional production process.
